Processing Time: Orders ship Monday – Saturday, and express orders placed before 2PM EST will ship the same day. Standard orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase.
- Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey. Once in transit, your package is in the hands of the carrier, and any inquiries regarding delays should be directed to them.
🚨 Important: All carriers have discontinued delivery guarantees, meaning we cannot guarantee express delivery times. However, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely.
✈️ Note: Flat-rate shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, or international orders.
Refund & Replacement Policy
We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted, whole-leaf teas and want you to be happy with your purchase.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our loose-leaf tea and consumable products, we do not accept returns for health and safety reasons. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect order, we’re here to help.
✅ Eligible for Replacement or Store Credit:
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items (must be reported within 7 days of delivery).
- Lost packages that do not show as delivered by the carrier.
❌ Not Eligible for Refunds or Replacements:
- Orders that have already been delivered and marked as such by the carrier.
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier (though we will assist in resolving issues).
- Buyer’s remorse or a change of mind after purchase.
